I'm Samantha Croteau, founder and baker behind Jolie Fleur. What began as a personal creative outlet has blossomed into a bakery rooted in connection, craftsmanship, and intention. As a self-taught baker, I've spent years learning, experimenting, and expressing myself through sweets—and every creation is a reflection of that journey.

At Jolie Fleur, every dessert is handcrafted using the finest ingredients, sourced locally or from small businesses, to ensure the highest quality flavor in every bite. Whether it’s a classic chocolate chip cookie or a custom floral cake, my hope is to create little moments of joy that connect you to the simpler pleasures in life.

Nature plays a big part in my baking—from the brand name itself to the seasonal ingredients and fresh flowers woven into each designs. Jolie Fleur is about honoring the beauty in the everyday and elevating gatherings through thoughtful, artful sweets.
